Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for domestic (India) orders and within 14 days for international orders.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
- Because products are hand printed, natural variations in colour and print are not considered defects and are not eligible for return on that basis.
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to request a return
Log in to your account, open the order and choose "Request a return", or email support@tanshfab.com with your order number. We will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
- Once we receive and check the returned item, we approve the refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days for India and 7 to 14 working days for international orders, after which your bank may take a little longer to reflect it.
- For domestic returns the original shipping fee is non refundable unless the item was faulty. For international returns, return shipping and any customs charges are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, our return process applies.
